Therapy Options

Individual, couple and family therapy are currently offered. Therapeutic approaches are tailored to each client and include elements of Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family System (IFS) and The Gottman Method.

Sessions & Fees

Therapy sessions are 50 or 70 minutes in length and are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Fees range from $180 - $200 for 50 minute sessions. Session fees for individual therapy may be reimbursed by insurance plans on an out-of-network basis.

Limited openings are available in-network through BCBS of KC and New Directions.
